Passion Softball Mission Statement
Passion Softball is a non-profit organization that was established to provide each player, coach, parent, and family a positive, challenging and rewarding softball environment. Our focus is on the overall development of our players and to prepare them for life on and off the field. We are devoted to promoting proper softball techniques, teamwork, social skills, education, community awareness, confidence, accountability, and discipline.
Passion Softball competes in some of the most prestigious tournaments in the tri-state area, and our Board of
Directors and Staff pride themselves on family values. We do not expect your daughter's whole summer to be spent on the softball field; we encourage our players to participate in other sports. We expect the girls to
be good athletes, not just good softball players. Passion Softball is committed to creating a positive culture,
in which coaches, parents, fans, officials, and athletes work together to achieve our mission.
